Privacy and support

Updated 2 October 2026

Indotech Resolve helps authorized Indotech staff manage customer enquiries and follow-ups. Installing the app does not grant access to company records. Accounts are provided by the company; there is no public account registration.

Information used

Resolve uses your company account identifier and assigned roles to control access. Tickets may include customer names, contact information, enquiries, attachments, internal notes, assigned owners and follow-up dates. These records are held in Indotech’s services. Internal notes are separate from customer-facing drafts.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Resolve records a device push token linked to your company account. Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers a generic ticket alert and ticket identifier. Customer names, message bodies and attachments are not included in the notification. Opening a ticket requires an authorized company session. You can disable alerts in device settings or sign out.

Storage and security

Connections use HTTPS. Native sign-in stores refresh credentials in iOS Keychain or Android encrypted credential storage. Refresh credentials are not passed to the web interface. Company records remain on the server after uninstalling. Signing out clears local sign-in credentials; it does not delete business records.

Retention and requests

Company records and audit history are retained for operational requirements. For access, correction, deletion requests or account deactivation, contact Indotech. Some business records may need to be retained. Do not include passwords in support requests.

Advertising and permissions

Resolve has no advertising or advertising identifiers. Optional notification permission is used for ticket alerts. The app does not request microphone, contact or location access. Files are uploaded only when you select an attachment.
